Ever since my mission to Italy I have missed the great food you could get there. Now with the world being so small there is not many ingredients I can’t get. One of the last things to infiltrate America is Gelato. That has started to change, in valley there are at least 3 great places to get gelato, Harmon’s (in Draper), Mr. C’s at Jordan Landing, and now San Gelato Deli in Daybreak. I have been wanting to try San Gelatos ever since @nicolesy sent out a tweet mentioning this mysterious place that served olive oil and rosemary gelato. I had to try it. I love the place. I had the olive oil/rosemary and pistaccio together. It was quite a good combination.
You should see the one that I had the white balance wrong yucky yellow. Once again I wish I could flip a switch and instantly understand composition etc. That is why I am doing a 365 I guess.
